All our products come from a long family tradition and our 100% organic livestock, homebred and roaming free on our property El Encinar de Ocón.

Our pigs’ food is free of transgenics, their diet consisting of the estate´s acorns supplemented with organic cereals.

This thorough care of the animals yields a high-quality and tasty meat, which is healthy and eco-friendly as well.
